  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Turnaround times will vary by product and are listed in the product information tabs. I will keep you updated on your item once the ordering/proof approval is complete if I believe it will take more/less time than previously listed. For physical items, actual shipping time will depend on your location, shipping method selected, and the postal service itself. (Due to the ongoing Coronavirus/COVID-19 situation, shipping delays through USPS are possible.)
  • What are my shipping options?
    The cost of USPS standard shipping is pre-calculated into the total cost of each item. When checking out, the shipping cost will be listed as FREE. Shipping costs are based off of the size and weight of each individual item, as well as packing materials needed to ensure your item(s) is/are delivered safely. * Priority shipping can be added to any order as a separate item. If you have ordered a custom item without adding priority shipping, but wish to do so, please request for the add-on upon receiving your proof/invoice for approval. Please note that currently Nicmar Custom Designs ships to U.S. locations only. *Nicmar Custom Designs is not responsible for lost/damaged/delayed/stolen packages. Shipping time will vary on your location. Please direct any questions regarding these circumstances to USPS.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Because of the hand and custom made nature of my items, I am not accepting returns or exhanges at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience. If you have issues or concerns with your item(s) once received, such as damages or defects, please contact me directly at Thank you!
