Do you accept returns or exchanges?


NicMarDesigns cannot accept returns or exhanges at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience. If you have issues or concerns with your item(s) once received, such as damages or defects, please contact me at freelancenicmar@gmail.com. Thank you!




How long will it take to receive my order? **UPDATED


Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, shipping delays are possible, but I will do my best to get orders out quickly. Depending on my order volume each week I will make 1-3 drop off trips and the day of the week will vary. I will keep you updated once your item is on it's way with as best of an expected arrival date as I can. Actual shipping time will depend on your location, shipping method selected, and the postal service itself.




What are my shipping options?


Currently NicMarDesigns ships to U.S. locations only. Priority 2-day Mail (USPS) is $7.75 Standard Shipping (USPS) is $4.00 * NicMarDesigns is not responsible for lost/damaged/delayed/stolen packages. Shipping time will vary on your location. Please direct any questions regaurding these circumstances to USPS.




Do you take custom orders?


Yes! If you have a custom order request for decals, designs, jewelry and more. Please use to form on my contact page to inquire. I will respond with a free quote for the requested item that you can then accept or decline.
